Dedicated to customer satisfaction, we want to assure the quality of every product that you receive. In case you have changed your mind or you have a problem with your order, we will be happy to solve it.

Product return, in order to be changed or replaced, must be made within 10 working days from the date of receipt of your package, as recorded  by the official courier service documentation. Before taking any action, the customer must first contact us (via email or phone).

In case that the reason of the return concerns a defective or a faulse shipped product, the Company undertakes the cost of its return as well as the refund of the amount.  Refunds are made for defective products only. The refund is made according to the method you chose to pay for your order, within 14 working days from the date we receive the returned product. There are no refunds or exchanges for custom made products.

The product must not have been used or damaged and must be returned with all its packaging, tags, related documentation and proof of purchase/invoice.

Parcel return is made exclusively through ACS courier for Greece and DHL Express from any different destination/country. In case of choice of any other company, we do not bear any responsibility for its receipt, shipping cost and refund of your purchase.

After contacting us via email, send back the items you wish to return. You need to enclose the receipt and the filled-in return form. You need to return the products only with DHL Express and pay for the safe return (as well as possible taxes and duties) of the parcel to our headquarters. For an estimate of taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs. Then send us an email at info@thetailormadeconcept.com with your name, order number and tracking number of the returned parcel. Your credit voucher is valid for 60 days from the day you received the order. You may use your voucher after the initial parcel is safely returned to us.

You may choose products of equal or greater value. 

In case you wish to change non-discounted products, you may choose a new product from any category. 

Sale products can only be exchanged for products of the same category (Sales). For products that have a discount equal or greater than to 50%, as well as for products that are on sale beyond the official discount period in the Greek market, there is no possibility of exchange/return.

The company has the right to freely modify or revise the terms and conditions of use and transactions whenever it deems necessary, without any warning. The company is obliged to inform users of any change through the pages of this online store.
