1. COD : When you receive your package, the value of your order is paid plus the amount of cash on delivery (+ 1.9 €) and shipping cost. COD payment method is applicable only for deliveries within Greece.

  2. Credit / Debit / Prepaid card (MasterCard, visa, visa electron, maestro, American Express, Diners, with Masterpass Alpha wallet): The card is debited after checking the validity and cash availability of your card balance. In case of rejection of the transaction the purchase is canceled.

    All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

  3. Bank deposit / Transfer via IBAN: Your order is finalized after the completion of the deposit / transfer and the amount becomes visible in our system. You need to send us the receipt of payment via e-mail at :  info@thetailormadeconcept.com . In case of transfer from a third bank (other than the ones listed below) the interbank costs (bank commission) need to be paid by the customer. At the deposition reason field you must state your order number or your full name. In any different case the order is not valid.
