Τhe shipping cost is calculated at check out, based on the current price list of the courier company we work with (ACS in Greece and DHL Express worldwide).

COD is applicable only for deliveries within Greece and the cost is +1,9€. After the validation of product availability and completion of payment procedure, shipping is placed the next working day. Delivery time is 2-4 working days within Greece. For Worldwide delivery shipping, cost and time information is provided at the check out. Delivery time variation appears in cases of Greek national holidays, inaccessible areas or unforeseen circumstances. As a next step we provide you via email with your order details and voucher number which you can use to track your parcel on the official site of the courier company.

In case you do not respond on time, to the notification of the courier company and the package time of stay at the local branch is exceeded, the parcel is returned to us and you are charged with the shipping cost. For your best interest, while filling in the order form, please confirm the validity and completeness of the shipping details (full name, address, postal code, area, state, country, as well as your mobile phone and email.)

TAXES AND DUTIES:

Any customs duty shall be payable by the consignee. The Client is therefore advised to contact the customs authorities in the country concerned beforehand to verify the costs.
